Endemic Service Icon
Endemic conducts sensitive wildlife surveys including avian nesting, reptile and amphibian surveys. Our biology team conducts avian nesting surveys throughout each year to ensure that clients are compliant with regulations such as MBTA, CEQA, and NEPA. Additionally, our team includes USFWS and CDFG approved avian biologists that are permitted to conduct focused surveys for Federally and State listed species including: California Gnatcatcher, Least Bell’s Vireo, Southwestern Willow flycatcher, Light-footed Clapper Rail, California Least Tern and Snowy Plover. The team also has experience conducting California state special status species including Burrowing Owl, Coastal Cactus Wren, and White-tailed Kite. The team is also permitted for a variety of other non-avian species including desert tortoise, arroyo toad, flat tailed horned lizard, and southwestern pond turtle. All endangered species surveys are conducted in compliance with all resource agency survey protocols.
